Snowmobile and Ski Trail Conditions - 2.7.2019

We got 6 inches of fluffy snow overnight and it’s still snowing. It’s a winter wonderland out there! We’ve said it before and it’s true again, this weekend should be fantastic for anything snow related.

Forest Riders Snowmobile Club

2/7/2019 – This week we have received another 12+ inches of snow and it is still snowing. The groomers have been out all week and will continue to groom as much as they can before the weekend. Riding should be good by the weekend and you may want to make sure you have a shovel and rope. Be very careful riding across lakes and nontracked swamps. Enjoy the snow!

Nevis Trailblazers

2/8/2019 – We are blessed over the last 2 days the Nevis area received 10-12 inches of snow. The trails have never been better. If the weather would cooperate you can not ask for anything better. We are grooming away and please get out and enjoy this winter.

Itasca State Park Ski Trails

2/2/2019 – Trail was a little soft and lumpy but otherwise made for a scenic ski. Bike trail was groomed for classic.

Soaring Eagle Ski Trails
2/2/2019 – Excellent conditions throughout the 11K of skate/classic trails. We had 8″ new snow before the cold snap and grooming was done yesterday and today. We have the best conditions in years, so get out here and enjoy!
