Forest Riders Snowmobile Club – 2/11/2019 Guess What? Snow! We are receiving another fluffy inch+ of snow today. Tentative grooming schedule (one machine is being worked on):
Mon: Coon Lake to Holiday Corner down the East side of Co 4. Also, Portage Lake & #16
Tues: #18, #29, #12, #9, #17. Also, 1 pass around Itasca Park (evening)
Wed: Osage / Wolf Lake & 2nd pass around Itasca Park (evening)
Thur: #14 (Indian Creek)
Fri: Two Inlets to PR, trail #11
When groomer is fixed [Hwy 71 to Lake George & Halverson. Then, Co 89, #24 & Alligator Alley. Finishing with West side of Co 4 & Scout] We’ll update when available!
2/12/2019 – We received another “light” 3+ inches last night.
Nevis Trailblazers – 2/12/2019 – Well Mother Nature keeps blessing us with more snow!! The last two days the Nevis Area received another 6-8 inches of fluffy snow. We have a full week of grooming planned and the weather is not to bad. We have not had this amount of snow in years! Get out and enjoy our winter wonderland!!
Soaring Eagle Ski Trails – 2/12/2019 – All trails groomed at Soaring Eagle.
From Skinny Ski – We had 4-6″ new snow in this latest round, so trails have been classic skied but not yet groomed. Should happen in the next day or two. Snowshoe/Hok trail, 0.8 mi., has been flagged again and there are maps out there. This has had increased use this year.
