Bass fishing along with the walleyes have been good throughout the Park Rapids lakes area.
Look for bass in weed beds in the 9-12 ft range. Black plastic worms or white spinner baits will do the trick. Walleyes are set up on sunken islands and deep underwater points in the 20-25 ft range. Leeches and crawlers on a jig or live bait rig will catch them through the day.
