The Chamber events committee is working on the Minnesota Bike Opener May 20, the Color Dash 5K May 21 and summer events. The Downtown Business Association has scheduled the bands for 2nd Street Stage. Northern Light Opera Company is auditioning for “South Pacific.” Summer’s calendar is filling fast.
Itasca State Park will celebrate its 126th birthday April 20 with the first naturalist led, North Country Trail hike of the season planned April 29.
