Ice-Ice-Fishing
Lakes in the Park Rapids area are seeing ice angler traffic, but use extreme caution on larger, deep bodies of water that have areas which have only capped over in the past week.
Panfish anglers are seeing good activity in shallow to mid depth weeds along drop offs with jigs or crappie minnows. Walleye anglers have been experiencing good early season success along primary drop offs in 14-20 ft. Northern pike have been activity along shallow to mid depth weed beds.
