Lake travel continues to offer challenges with widespread flooding on most local lakes.
However, anglers who are getting out are experience good action! Walleye anglers are getting fish sporadically in the 23-28 foot range, primarily early morning and evening. Crappies have been biting very well in basin areas ranging from 20-30 ft. Sunfish continue to keep anglers busy with the best areas from 10-15 ft, though some are mixing in with crappies in deeper water. The northern pike have been very active in the 10-20 feet depth range.
