Winter Wonderland Snowflakes & Candy Canes Arts & Crafts Show
The annual crafts show welcomes holiday shoppers and craft connoisseurs alike to come shop handcrafted treasures perfect for gift giving or décor. Lunch will be available, and if you’d like to save on admission, bring an item for the food shelf—give a little get a little.
When: November 10, 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Where: Park Rapids Area Century Elementary School, 501 Helten Ave. Park Rapids
4th Annual Heartland Homes Turkey Trot 5K/Fun Run & Walk
Whether you’re an avid runner or prefer a nice slow stroll, the Turkey Trot has a spot for you. Run, trot, walk, or dance your way through the race — preparing for your Thanksgiving feast. All proceeds benefit the clients of Heartland Homes. Entries cost $25 each.

Heartland Lakes Community Tree Lighting & Yuletide Sampler
Kickoff the holiday season by gathering around—with the whole town—to light the Community Christmas tree. A visit from Santa Claus and lots of Christmas carols will make the evening complete. Looking for even more holiday cheer? Wander through the shops on Main to sample holiday goodies for the Yuletide Sampler.
