2nd Street Stage winning button design chosen

The Park Rapids Downtown Business Association (PRDBA) received dozens of entries for the second 2nd Street Stage button design contest.
The winner is Hendri Ernst, president of Smokey Hills Outdoor Store, a 2nd Street Stage sponsor. “I entered the competition because my wife and I just love being part of 2nd Street stage every Thursday. The vibe and crowd that shows up in downtown Park Rapids is awesome. If you have never been to a 2nd Street Stage event, you are missing out!” Ernst will receive a $250 cash prize.
If you purchase and wear the official 2018 button this season, you’ll be helping to sponsor the fun summer concerts and will receive $2 off all beverages purchased and a free stadium cup or koozie at the beer garden. Five hundred buttons will be made and available for purchase at Downtown businesses in May and at the beer garden when the season starts June 14.
