Dorset is a tiny town with the big claim to fame of being home to more restaurants per capita than any city in the world. From May to September, locals and tourists flock to Dorset to eat and peruse the shops. The Taste of Dorset, held the first Sunday in August, is a must visit for food enthusiasts and features the most unique mayoral election.
