Hubbard County

Park Rapids is the county seat of Hubbard County which has a population approaching 19,000 people. Lakes draw residents in the southern part of the county where tourism, agriculture and industry coexist. Generally, the population is sparser in the central part of the county where there are thousands of acres of public lands. Many residents in the northern part of the county work in nearby Bemidji.
