The ski center consists of 10 km of marked and groomed trails through balsam pines and spruce. All trails are groomed classical and skate and are designed for beginner to expert skiers. Trails are groomed by Itascatur Club volunteers every Friday during the ski season and after any 2+ inches of snowfall.

Forest Riders Snowmobile Trails

January 14, 2018 – Forest Riders Snowmobile Club

Groomers will be out on the trails again tomorrow through the week. Cold temps have maintained the initial snow received in December. During this past week, the area has received another 6+ inches of snow, and it is still snowing…woo-hoo! Riders are reporting great snowmobiling! Be safe, have fun!

January 12, 2018 – Nevis Trailblazers – Snow Report

Over the last 2 days the Nevis area received about 3-5 inches of new snow. It is bitter cold, and the wind blew the snow around a bit.

Looks like a good chance of snow for Sunday and it is supposed to warm up a little bit. Later next week looks like nice weather for riding. We will see how the trials hold up and if we get a shot of snow on Sunday I would anticipate we will groom next week.

Park Rapids Area Snowmobile Trails

Groomers were out on the trails Tuesday January 16th.   The additional snow the area received over the past weekend was much welcomed.

Snow depths on trails around Park Rapids are more than sufficient for good riding conditions; especially trails to the North of Park Rapids where more snow has falling so far this season.

Riders are reporting great snowmobiling conditions.  All trails have been groomed!

Have a great riding week

There are several skiing and snowmobiling events coming up in the area, they are listed on our Event calendar.
